Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient yogic healing technique that uses awareness to heal. It is a contemplative healing modality that works on a subtle level through the projective meditative mind using only awareness to heal.
Sat Nam Rasayan® means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.” It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption in the Divine. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan® means entering a state of total surrender, becoming nothing, and operating from the state of shuniya. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness healing can occur.
Sat Nam Rasayan® works on a subtle level through the projective meditative mind. It allows the healer to access and balance the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and the pranic body.

This Healing Art in the lineage of Kundalini Yoga was passed from Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, to Guru Dev Singh in silence. Yogi Bhajan requested Guru Dev Singh to codify the teachings, to give it a language. It was the last time this Art was passed in Silence. Guru Dev Singh founded the School of Sat Nam Rasayan®, producing some of the finest healers in the world.
We hold a state of consciousness, called the meditative mind, which allows us to release resistance in ourselves, others or a situation. In this state, we are able to become aware of the problem and resolve it.
