Ottawa Yoga Classes
My yoga classes use the healing and energy moving practices of Kundalini yoga, breath work and meditation. Mindfulness is a big part of my teachings. I believe developing a deeper awareness of ourselves is the key to finding out who we are, why we are, and what we truly believe.
Kundalini Yoga (All Levels)
TUESDAYS 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Known as the yoga of awareness, this is a meditative yet energizing practice. Each class includes tuning in to yourself (tuning out the stress of the world), warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Experience your self deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness and mental clarity.
