Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
My Kundalini Yoga Classes focus on cleansing the body, strengthening the immune system, balancing the nervous system, shaking out old habits and setting a strong foundation so we can bloom with health and vitality. When we relax & de-stress the mind, body and breathe we re-unite with our inner self, our source for deep healing!
Kundalini Yoga uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra). In addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation. In addition it’s a great complement to other yoga practices.
Kundalini Yoga rejuvenates body, mind and spirit with revitalizing exercise/asanas, breath/pranayam, the science of sound/mantra, uplifting meditation and relaxation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. It makes you radiant, peaceful and strong so you can know and achieve your highest potential. Build trust, vitality and intuition. Yoga for perimenopause and menopause
Fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels can trigger a myriad of uncomfortable symptoms. Among the most common are hot flashes, anxiety and irritability, insomnia, fatigue, unexpected burst of energy, depression and mood swings, memory lapses, erratic menstrual cycle and lower sexual drive.
Stress Buster Mindfulness + Yoga
Stressed? Want to learn how to relax better? Classes use Guided Mindful Relaxation, Breath awareness exercises, Body scan meditation, gentle yoga poses to reduce the effects of Stress on the body and mind. My stress relief classes are found to be helpful to reduce muscle tension and manage pain, stress-related disorders, reduce anxiety and feelings of panic, improve overall quality of life and relationships.
Yindalini™ is my unique blend of Kundalini and Yin Yoga. Using the long held postures of Yin with the active moving postures of Kundalini, Yindalini™ awakens our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. Both these styles promote the flow of energy (Qi/Prana) through the energy channels (meridians/chakras) to help bring health to our bodies and balance to our busy lives.

Prenatal Kundalini Yoga Classes
for moms-to-be to feel Bountiful, Blissful & Beatutiful
Prenatal Kundalini Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth. The classes create flexibility, focus, strength, and awareness through a gentle practice that is designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs. Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman’s life. It is a time for nurturing, slowing down and learning to meditate, while being in the company of other mothers-to-be.
The prenatal classes help mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within, lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of pregnancy, birth, as well as life. Developing a meditative mind, she brings this to her birth experience, as well as to her family and home.
The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students.
I am not teach prenatal classes at the moment but take private clients and support pregnant students within my regular classes if they are in the first and second trimester of their pregnancy.
